LNAT Academy is an independent LNAT preparation platform. LNAT Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, approved by, or connected to the official LNAT, the LNAT Consortium, Pearson VUE, or any university admissions body. Our materials are designed to help students prepare for the LNAT, but they are unofficial.

• Full access to the platform is available for a one-time payment.
• Access is granted to the purchasing individual only. Your account is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used by anyone else.
• Once payment is completed, access to the digital content is granted immediately.
• Access is provided for as long as LNAT Academy continues to operate and make the relevant platform content available.
• We may update, replace, add, remove, or reorganise platform content from time to time.

• Essay feedback credits are purchased separately after purchasing full platform access.
• Essay feedback credits are personal to the purchasing individual and may not be transferred, resold, or shared.
• Each essay feedback credit may be used for one essay submission, subject to any instructions or limits stated on the platform.
• Feedback turnaround times are estimates only. We will make reasonable efforts to provide feedback promptly but do not guarantee a specific completion time.
• Essay feedback is intended for educational guidance only. It does not guarantee any particular LNAT score, university offer, or admissions outcome.

• LNAT Academy provides digital content that is made available immediately after purchase.
• By purchasing immediate access to digital content, you agree that access begins immediately. Where required by law, you will be asked to confirm that you understand this means you lose your 14-day right to cancel once access has begun.
• We do not offer change-of-mind refunds once digital content has been made available to you.
• This does not affect your statutory rights. If the digital content is faulty, not as described, or you are unable to access content you have paid for due to a technical issue on our side, please contact [email protected] and we will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve a genuine access issue within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund or other appropriate remedy.

• You may use LNAT Academy materials for your own personal study only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, share, resell, licence, adapt, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written permission.
• You must not use LNAT Academy materials for tutoring, teaching, classroom use, group study services, paid preparation services, or any other commercial purpose without prior written permission.
• You must not share your account login details with anyone else.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, including accounts suspected of sharing access, scraping content, copying materials, or using the platform for commercial purposes.

• All platform content, including extracts, questions, explanations, model answers, guides, graphics, layout, design, branding, and website materials, belongs to LNAT Academy unless otherwise stated.
• Some third-party extracts may be used under open licences, public domain status, or other permitted use. Where applicable, attribution will be provided on the relevant extract page.
• Third-party extract attributions do not give you any additional rights to copy, reuse, distribute, or commercially exploit those extracts or any LNAT Academy questions, explanations, or materials based on them.
• The LNAT Academy name, logo, branding, website design, and original materials may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

• LNAT Academy provides preparation materials, practice questions, explanations, and educational guidance.
• We do not guarantee any particular LNAT score, university interview, university offer, admissions outcome, or academic result.
• Your performance depends on many factors, including your own preparation, ability, timing, and the decisions of universities or admissions bodies.

• LNAT Academy is provided for educational and preparation purposes only.
• We make reasonable efforts to keep the platform accurate, useful, and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, LNAT Academy accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. LNAT Academy is not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or practices of third-party websites and does not endorse them unless expressly stated.

Your use of the platform may involve the collection and processing of personal data, including account details, payment information, and essay submissions. Please see our Privacy Policy for information about how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we may notify users by email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of LNAT Academy will be subject to the courts of England and Wales, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
